You have all probably heard how important is to be outside of your head (i.e., not be in a logical mindset) when it comes to interacting and meeting women.
Being logical and uptight leads to all sorts of awkward approaches and lifeless dates; I have a weird friend that actually enjoys making awkward moments, but that’s another story.
To continue, it seems that a lot of guys that are trying to improve their success seem to be forgetting how powerful music can be in affecting our mood.
The problem (or benefit depending on your usage) with music is that while we are listening to it, our minds go with the flow with whatever the dynamic is – this same psychological principle applies with any other type interaction (imagine being in a room with ten uptight nervous dudes – how are you going to feel?).
Anyway, the point I’m trying to make is – avoid listening to any music that sounds like or makes you feel:
1. Emotional
2. Slow
3. Philosophical / Retrospective (putting you in a logical mood)
4. Depressive (i.e., “Somebody Told Me”)
What you should instead do with the songs you are listening to, is to use then to your advantage.
So, if you are going to be listening to music, at least use all of those thousands of soundtracks available out there to pump yourself with energy, enthusiasm and confidence – that’s the person you want to be when meeting and dating new women.
Once you are feeling in the right, positive mood, any kind of an idea or approach is easier and more natural to do (whether that is being Cocky & Funny like David DeAngelo would say or any other alternative).
I’m sure you’ve noticed that all people react much better when you have this mindset and feeling – I might even say that it can become addictive in the long-run, but there’s a remedy for that as well.
What you should learn from this is that instead of sabotaging yourself, use music (such as Rock, DnB, Rap and others – example “Party Rock Anthem”) and improve your chances of success.
That’s not to say that boosting your mood is an imperative to getting women – I’m just saying to use it as an aid and to add some variety to your interactions.
Some of you are perhaps already doing this – you can comment below and let me know of any results or thoughts.
Enjoy!
